DMCA Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

If material on camtocamjerkoff.com infringes your copyright, we take it down once you show us. Below: how a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) should look and what we do with it.

What is on this site and what is not

This site hosts its own text and graphics only. Live video, profile images and chat messages belong to the provider's systems, which we cannot access. Anything that shows up on the partner site our play buttons open has to be raised with that provider.

Checklist for a notice

  • a signature, on paper or digital, from the copyright owner or a representative;
  • which protected work is affected;
  • the precise URL on camtocamjerkoff.com where the disputed material appears;
  • how we can reach you: full name, postal address, phone number, email;
  • your good-faith view, in one line, that this use lacks permission from owner, agent and law alike;
  • under penalty of perjury: the details are true, and the copyright belongs to you or to whoever you are acting for.

Submit it with the Contact Form, reason “Copyright”. Complete notices normally get handled within a few business days.

Counter-notice

Believe we pulled something of yours wrongly? Answer through that same form and include: your contact details, the former URL of the material, a sworn line (under penalty of perjury) saying you believe in good faith it vanished because of a mistake or misidentification, agreement that the federal court of your district has jurisdiction, and your signature.

Repeat infringement and abuse

Sending notices you know to be false can make you liable for damages. Where infringing material reappears after a valid notice, it is removed permanently.
